- How do I know which country is best suited for me? In our calibration, we get a deep understanding of your business needs, then identify which country has the best talent for your needs.
- Will all my staff be in one country? Not necessarily, it all depends on what talent we are placing in your team.
- Will they work for anyone else? No, they are your dedicated team members, working exclusively for you. Just as if you hired someone in another state, except they are in another country.
- Will they work my hours? Yes. They are your people working for your business. They will work the business hours that are required for your business.
- Where will they work? The majority of our workers are in a work from home, or co-working environment.
- How will ensure they are producitive? Our state-of-the-art productivity software allows us to manage all employees remotely, further, it also allows us to help monitor their wellbeing and ensure they are taking breaks and not burning out.
- Are my team members entitled to sick days and holidays? Yes, just like all full-time employees around the world. There will be some nuances that will vary from country to country.
- How do I pay them? You don’t. We take care of all of the payrolls for you. They are our legal employees that are then contracted to work in your business.
